Many thanks for joining me to learn about some fun ideas I've recently learned for sweet & savoury items to top your toast or add to your charcuterie board! It's been a delight during lockdown to learn how quick & easy & satisfying it can be to make all of these tasty recipes at home! Links are listed below for the starting points for each of the ideas we discussed.

🍅ROASTED TOMATOES— Drizzle mini tomatoes with olive oil, rosemary, crushed garlic & salt, roast low & slow (350ish) until skins start to burst! In off season with less flavoursome tomatoes, a wee tiny sprinkle of brown sugar can be added after roasting to boost the sweetness & flavour complexity!
